Well, I came across Bumper Plugs which, well, describes them to a tee. But my 2015 Altima came with the frame pre-mounted, and I was wondering from the moment I drove it off the lot if there was anything I could do about it. Neither my Enclave nor its replacement (our Outback) had the frame mounted at the dealer, so this wasn't an issue on either vehicle. For the record, I live in 2-plate Ohio and have scofflawed my way to no-front-plate on each of the 3 new vehicles I've purchased recently (including my Enclave in December 2008).
